Refund Policy

awand.com must receive all requests sent to our official contact system using our Wingotts POB for refunds within 7 days after purchase.
If your request is sent within 7 days from the purchase date and you have not used your account for the purposes of sending hate mail, spam, bulk mail, death threats, or any other annoying, illegal, or offending email you will be granted a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds will be considered if received within 7 days from the purchase date and will be considered for technical problems resulting in you not being able to use the awand.com service. Online help customer support must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame before a refund will be considered.
After 7 days from the date of purchase refunds may be considered. This will be done at the discretion of the company.
